سياسة الخصوصية

تخص هذه السياسة مكوّن النسخ الاحتياطي الشخصي الذي يديره مالك مشروع My AI Agent لحسابه وبياناته. لا توجد خدمة عامة لاستضافة نسخ مستخدمين آخرين. الربط المباشر مع Google Drive والنسخ الدوري من الخادم ما زالا قيد التجهيز؛ توضح السياسة أيضًا حدود التعامل التي تحكم تفعيلهما لاحقًا.

البيانات التي يتعامل معها المكوّن

لماذا تُستخدم هذه البيانات؟

فقط لإنشاء النسخ المختارة، وتنظيم إصداراتها، والتحقق من ملكيتها وخصوصيتها وسلامتها، وتنزيلها واسترجاعها بطلب المالك، وتشخيص أخطاء النسخ المحددة. ضمن الربط المباشر المخصص للنسخ، لا يبيع هذا المكوّن بيانات Google API ولا يستخدمها للإعلانات أو لبناء ملفات إعلانية أو لتدريب نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي، ولا يرسل ردود API أو الرموز أو محتوى الملفات إلى مزوّد نموذج ذكاء اصطناعي. أدوات الدعم والتطوير المنفصلة التي يجيزها المالك لها صلاحياتها وسياساتها الخاصة. وتخضع استخدامات هذا المكوّن المعلنة لـ سياسة بيانات مستخدمي خدمات Google API ومتطلبات الاستخدام المحدود ذات الصلة.

التخزين والتشفير والوصول

تُشفّر أرشيفات الحالة قبل رفعها إلى السحابة. يحتفظ المالك بمفتاح الاسترجاع المحمي بعبارة سر؛ في مسار نسخة الخادم الحالي يستخدم الخادم مفتاح التشفير العام ولا يُنقل إليه مفتاح الاسترجاع الخاص. تظهر للسحابة الأرشيفات المشفّرة وبيانات تحقق محدودة، مثل أسماء النسخ وأحجامها وبصماتها.

توجد البيانات الأصلية ونسخ العمل غير المشفّرة في مساحات التطبيق أو الالتقاط أو الاسترجاع الخاصة على جهاز المالك أو خادمه حسب الخطوة. لا يعني تشفير الأرشيف أن كل ملف أو رمز تفويض مشفّر تلقائيًا.

قبل تفعيل الربط المباشر، يجب تجهيز حفظ محمي لرموز الوصول والتحديث، منفصل عن بيانات التطبيق ومفاتيح الاسترجاع، مع تجنب عرضها في السجلات أو هذه الصفحات. هذا الحفظ والربط التشغيلي لم يُعتمدا بعد؛ لا تجمع هذه الصفحات كلمات سر Google أو رموز تفويض أو مفاتيح استرجاع.

المشاركة ومزوّدو الخدمة

تُحفظ النسخ في الحسابات والمواقع التي يختارها المالك: جهازه وخادمه وGoogle Drive وOneDrive ضمن الخطوات المعتمدة. يتلقى مزوّدو التخزين ملفات التصدير وبياناتها اللازمة لتقديم التخزين والنقل وفق سياساتهم. لا تنشئ أداة النسخ روابط مشاركة عامة. لا توجد مبيعات بيانات أو شبكات إعلانات أو مشاركة مع أطراف أخرى لأغراضها المستقلة. أي عرض بشري لمحتوى خاص بغرض المراجعة أو المساعدة يحتاج موافقة المالك على البيانات المعنية.

الاحتفاظ والحذف وسحب الموافقة

يُحتفظ بإصدارات النسخ وأدلة التحقق حتى يقرر المالك إزالتها. لا توجد مدة حذف تلقائي معتمدة. يمكنه إزالة الملفات من حساب التخزين؛ وقد يحتفظ المزوّد بها مؤقتًا في سلة المحذوفات أو سجل الإصدارات وفق إعداداته.

يمكن سحب وصول Google عبر إعدادات اتصالات حساب Google. يمنع السحب الوصول اللاحق بعد انتهاء صلاحية الوصول الفعلي؛ ولا يحذف تلقائيًا النسخ السحابية أو المحلية أو رموز الربط المحفوظة. وقف الربط وإزالة الرموز والنسخ على الجهاز أو الخادم خطوات منفصلة تُراجع مع المالك، حتى لا يُحذف ما يلزم للاسترجاع عن طريق الخطأ.

هذه الصفحات والتواصل والتغييرات

لا تحتوي هذه الصفحات على تسجيل دخول أو نموذج يجمع ملفات أو بريدًا أو كلمة سر. كود الصفحات لا يضيف أدوات تحليلات أو إعلانات ولا يضع ملفات تعريف ارتباط. الاستضافة المخطط لها هي صفحات ثابتة على Cloudflare؛ قد تعالج Cloudflare عنوان IP وبيانات الطلبات وحركة المرور ومعلومات النظام لأغراض تقديم الموقع وأمنه وفق سياسة خصوصية Cloudflare، بما في ذلك ممارسات المزوّد المتعلقة بملفات تعريف الارتباط. لا تُرسل محتويات النسخ الخاصة أو رموز OAuth إلى هذا الموقع العام.

للأسئلة أو طلب مراجعة البيانات والحذف، استخدم بريد الدعم الظاهر في شاشة موافقة Google الخاصة بـ My AI Agent Backups. تُحدّث هذه السياسة قبل تغيير الاستخدام المعلن للبيانات؛ ويُطلب تفويض جديد قبل توسيع الوصول. لا يثبت نشر السياسة وحده اكتمال الربط أو ضمان الحماية أو الاستعادة.

Privacy policy

Policy date: 14 October 2026

This policy covers the personal backup component operated by the owner of My AI Agent for the owner's own account and data. It is not a public service hosting other users' backups. Direct Google Drive integration and periodic server backups are still being prepared. This policy also sets the data-use boundaries for their later activation.

Data handled

Purpose and limited use

Data is used only to create and organize the selected backups, verify their ownership, privacy and integrity, download and restore them at the owner's request, and diagnose specific backup failures. Within the dedicated direct backup integration, this component does not sell Google API data, use it for advertising, advertising profiles or AI training, or forward API responses, tokens or file contents to an AI model provider. Separate owner-approved support and development tools have their own permissions and policies. This component's disclosed uses follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including relevant Limited Use requirements.

Storage, encryption and access

State archives are encrypted before cloud upload. The owner retains a passphrase-protected recovery key. In the current server-backup path, the server uses the public encryption key; the private recovery key is not transferred to it. Cloud storage receives encrypted archives and limited verification metadata, such as backup names, sizes and hashes.

Original data and unencrypted working copies exist in private application, capture or restore locations on the owner's computer or server, depending on the step. Archive encryption does not mean every file or authorization token is automatically encrypted.

Before direct integration is enabled, protected storage for access and refresh tokens must be prepared separately from application data and recovery keys, with tokens excluded from logs and these public pages. That operational storage and integration have not yet been accepted. This site does not collect Google passwords, authorization codes or recovery keys.

Sharing and service providers

Copies are kept in locations and accounts selected by the owner: the owner's computer, server, Google Drive and OneDrive, within accepted steps. Storage providers receive exported files and necessary metadata to provide storage and transfer under their own policies. The backup tool does not create public sharing links. There is no sale of data, advertising network or disclosure to others for their independent purposes. Human inspection of specific private content for review or support requires the owner's consent.

Retention, deletion and revocation

Backup versions and verification evidence are retained until the owner decides to remove them; no automatic deletion period has been accepted. The owner can remove files from the storage account. The provider may temporarily retain them in trash or version history under its settings.

Google access can be revoked in Google Account connections. Revocation prevents subsequent access once effective access expires; it does not automatically delete cloud or local copies or stored connection tokens. Disabling the connection and removing tokens or copies from the computer or server require separate owner-reviewed steps to avoid accidentally deleting needed recovery material.

This site, contact and changes

These pages have no login or form collecting files, email addresses or passwords. The page code adds no analytics or advertising and sets no cookies. Planned hosting is static Cloudflare Pages; Cloudflare may process IP addresses, request and traffic data, and system information to deliver and secure the site under its privacy policy, including its own cookie practices. Private backup contents and OAuth tokens are not sent to this public information site.

For questions, data review or deletion assistance, use the support email displayed on the Google consent screen for My AI Agent Backups. This policy will be updated before changing the disclosed data use, and new authorization is required before expanding access. Publishing this policy alone does not establish operational integration, guaranteed security or successful recovery.
